What needed to change?

The institute was using Tally and faced difficulties with consolidation. It needed a connected platform for accounts, finance and related business activities.
02 / Our role

Business understanding, brought into the work.

Working alongside our technology partners, we handled the accounts and finance part of the ERPNext implementation. Buying, selling and budgeting were also in scope. Our chartered accountancy background helped us understand the finance team's requirements and translate them into requirements the technology team could implement.
