What needed to change?

Customer and stakeholder relationships have a direct bearing on the business. The organisation needed a structured way for key employees to record interactions, see whether contact had taken place and coordinate follow-ups.

Business understanding, brought into the work.

We defined the underlying process and the structure of a shared tool, then translated the requirements for the technology team. We are supporting development of a system tailored to the organisation's own way of managing these relationships.
