The company receives yearly portfolios from the advisory with the details of all the

investments held by them for the company , A sample portfolio is attached herewith.

b. Hiring

Any advisory which wishes to have a contract with the company needs to approach the company via mail for setting up a meeting which begin with the advisory meeting Mr. Bikash Dokania (HOD Accounts) & Mr. Vinod Agarwal (CFO) ,after which if they decide a further meeting with DMD is held where the decision to associate the company with a particular advisory is approved .
