Nsuregrowth - Rental income

a. Location

The company owns a plot in Delhi which is given on rent to its associate company Assam Carbon Ltd on rent, every month the bill for which is raised by Partha and sent to Assam Carbon.

b. Accounting

As when the rental income is received in the bank and the company receives the notification , Partha makes the entry in the ERP system crediting Rent received (RDC01) & the bank account is debited.
